What is the NFT Claim Hub?
The NFT Claim Hub is operated by Bloxprod. Projects can offer rewards for NFT holders here: by collection, by surveys, by promotions (e.g. “first 500”), or by streaks (e.g. “7 days in a row active”). As a user you only see the claim app: connect wallet, view eligible pools, and claim with one click. Who gets which reward is determined by the projects and the smart contract; the app only shows you what you are eligible for.
1) Connect wallet & get started
You need a wallet on the XPR Network (e.g. WebAuth or Anchor). Without a wallet you cannot claim or participate in surveys.
- Click
Connect (or Connect WebAuth Wallet) and approve the connection in your wallet.
- After a successful connection your account name is shown.
- The app scans your NFTs automatically. Progress is shown in the Status section at the bottom.
Tip: To refresh data, click Disconnect and connect again (or reload the page).
2) Navigation: Projects → Pools → NFTs
The app uses a “drilldown” flow: always one list is shown. You click from projects to pools to NFTs.
Overview: Projects
- On start you see all projects listed one under another.
- Each project card shows e.g. Open and Claimed (when applicable).
- If the card shows
Tap for details, it is clickable.
Project selected: Pools
- When you select a project you only see the pools of that project.
- Use
← Projects to go back to the project overview.
- Pools also show Open / Claimed.
Pool selected: NFTs
- When you select a pool you see the NFTs in that pool including the claim button.
- Use
← Pools to go back to the pool list, or ← Projects to jump to the project overview.
3) Filter & sorting
In each view there is a search field and filter chips at the top:
- Search: Filter by project, pool, collection or NFT name.
- Filter:
All, Ready (claimable), Done (already claimed).
- Sort: by
USD or Name.
Filters, sort order and your current position are saved in the browser and restored after reload.
4) Claiming rewards (reward pools)
In the app you see projects and pools. For your connected wallet it shows which pools you are eligible for (e.g. because you hold at least one NFT of the required collection). Reward amount and token (e.g. “1000 CYPHR”) are shown on the pool card.
- Project level:
Claim eligible (…) claims all open claims in the project.
- Pool level:
Claim eligible (…) claims all open claims in the pool.
- Per NFT: In each NFT row you can claim individually.
Cooldown & once per wallet
- Some pools allow only one claim per wallet (“forever” cooldown).
- Others have a wait time (e.g. 24 h) between two claims from the same wallet.
- The app shows when you can claim again or that you have already claimed.
After claiming
- The UI updates (e.g. Claimed).
- You sign the transaction in your wallet; the reward is transferred on-chain to you.
Important: Always review transaction details in your wallet before signing.
5) Surveys
Surveys are polls you can participate in. Depending on survey type, all participants, only certain answers, or only drawn winners can claim a reward. You do not need an NFT to vote; eligibility to claim the survey pool is set by the project.
Survey types
- Normal: All participants can claim the survey reward (once per wallet).
- Answer-based: Only those who chose certain options can claim.
- Raffle: After the survey ends winners are drawn; only they can claim the linked pool.
How to participate
- Find the survey in the project overview or inside a project.
- Click
Participate, read the question and options, select your answer(s).
- Click
Vote and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
- The card then shows e.g. ✅ Already participated or 🎉 Winner.
One participation per survey. After voting, Participate is disabled.
6) Promotions
Promotions are time-limited campaigns with a limited number of claims (e.g. “first 500 get X”). If a promotion is active and you meet the conditions (e.g. NFT from the collection or “account” = anyone can join), you see the promo pool and the reward.
- Claim once per wallet until the campaign ends or the limit is reached.
- There is no separate “registration” — eligibility is checked at claim time against your wallet and the project rules.
- When the promotion is “Finished”, no further claims are possible.
7) Streaks
Streaks reward you for completing a streak (e.g. 7 days in a row active, as defined by the project). The project or a linked system records when you complete the streak. Once your wallet is marked as “streak completed”, the streak pool becomes claimable for you in the claim app.
- You claim the streak reward like any other pool: connect wallet, open the streak pool, click
Claim, sign.
- Usually one claim per wallet per completed streak; some projects allow repeatable streaks after a cooldown.
- For some streak pools you must first click “Check Streak Status” so the app loads your status from the external streak API.
8) Repeatable reward pools (type 5)
Some reward pools allow you to claim again with the same NFT after a cooldown (e.g. every 24 hours). The app shows “repeatable: 1 claim per NFT every [time]” on the pool. After you claim, the NFT will show “Claim again in [time]” until the cooldown has passed; then it shows “Ready” again and you can claim.
- You claim like any other reward pool: select the pool, find your NFT, click
Claim, sign.
- Each NFT has its own cooldown; one NFT in cooldown does not block others.
9) “NFTs without rewards”
This section shows NFTs in your wallet that currently do not match any active pool. You can browse the collections and NFTs; there are no claim buttons there.
If you expected a reward: check whether a matching pool exists and whether requirements (e.g. attributes) are met. In the pool detail you find NFT requirements.
10) What you see in the claim app
Projects and pools: Names, descriptions and images set by the projects. Per pool the reward amount and token are shown (e.g. “1000 CYPHR”, “5 CYPHR”).
Eligibility: The app only shows as claimable what your connected wallet is eligible for (right NFTs, survey participation or winner status, active promotion, completed streak).
Already claimed: For “once per wallet” you cannot claim again. For pools with cooldown you see when the next claim is possible.
11) Tips for users
- Correct wallet: Rewards are sent to the wallet you use to sign. Use the wallet that holds your NFTs or that you used to participate in the survey.
- Once per wallet: Many pools allow only one claim per wallet. Claim in time before the pool or promotion ends.
- Raffles: For raffles only drawn winners can claim. Participation does not guarantee a reward.
- Time windows: Promotions and some pools have start and end times. Claim within the active period.
- Transaction fee: Signing may require a small network fee (depending on wallet). The reward itself is sent from the project vault; you do not pay for the reward tokens.
12) Status & technical info
At the bottom you find Status & technical info (collapsed by default).
- Click the header or
Tap for details to expand/collapse.
- Messages appear here (e.g. “Scanning…”, “Scan complete”, error hints).
- If something does not work, check here first; when contacting support, copy the relevant messages and include them.
13) Troubleshooting
No projects / NFTs visible
- Is your wallet connected? Your account name should appear in the header.
- Try
Disconnect and connect again, or reload the page.
- Check the Status section for error messages.
Still shows “Open” after claiming
- Wait a moment — indexers can lag behind on-chain state by a few seconds.
- The app re-checks automatically; otherwise reload the page.
Transaction fails
- Check whether you already claimed (e.g. 1× per NFT & pool).
- Some pools have wait times; the smart contract is the final authority.
- Open the Status section — it usually shows the exact error.
Cannot participate in survey
- Check the survey status — it must be Active to participate.
- “Already participated” means you have already voted (one vote per survey).
- Wallet connected and sufficient resources for the transaction?
